Description
Our client is seeking a candidate for an Associate position to support its Corporate & Private Equity practice, with opportunities to work in either the Dallas or Pittsburgh office. The department focuses on a wide range of private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, "going private" transactions, and acquisitions of distressed companies. The team also represents general partners and major limited partners in forming private equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds, and is a leading national law firm representing Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs). The ideal candidate will be a 2nd to 3rd-year associate with experience in acquisitions for private equity funds.
