Description
Our client is seeking an Associate to support its Corporate and Private Equity practice, with opportunities to work from either Dallas or Pittsburgh. The department, comprising over 90 attorneys, focuses on various private equity transactions, including leveraged buy-outs, independent sponsor transactions, rollups, minority and junior capital investments, "going private" transactions, and acquisitions of distressed companies. The team also represents emerging managers and general partners in forming private equity, growth equity, venture capital, mezzanine, and real estate funds. Recognized as a leading national law firm, our client consistently ranks highly in benchmarking league tables and is renowned for its emerging manager program. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in acquisitions for private equity funds.
