Description
Our client is seeking an associate with a minimum of 4 years of corporate transactional experience to join their Private Equity & Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated and challenging work with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, venture capital financing, strategic joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, private investment funds, and general corporate matters. The team advises a diverse range of clients, including NYSE, NASDAQ, and AMEX listed companies across various industries such as energy, banking, real estate, healthcare, communications, manufacturing, and technology, as well as closely-held and family-owned businesses. The firm is known for its extensive Family Office practice, catering to the corporate, tax, and transactional needs of high net worth clients. A hybrid in-office/remote work schedule is available.
