Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level to senior corporate associate with expertise in public company and capital market matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in public company reporting compliance, governance, SEC compliance, disclosure issues, and Nasdaq/NYSE compliance. Additionally, experience in representing issuers or investment banks in capital markets transactions, such as IPOs, equity/debt offerings, PIPEs, and at-the-market offerings, is required. Experience with technology and/or life sciences companies is advantageous. Preferred locations include Palo Alto or San Francisco, with opportunities also available in Austin, Boston, Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City, San Diego, Seattle, or Washington, DC.
