Description
Our client is seeking candidates with 4-5 years of experience advising public companies on securities compliance and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in securities law compliance, disclosure, and corporate governance matters, and will work closely with the Public Companies & Governance team on day-to-day securities law counseling and significant governance transactions, such as executive succession, corporate crises, and shareholder activism. Experience with general corporate matters, including securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions, is beneficial, and prior in-house experience is valued. Strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to responsiveness are essential.
