CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING ASSOCIATE (2948)
Description
Our client is seeking a Restructuring Associate to join their team in various U.S. locations, including Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, New York, and Wilmington. The role involves representing debtors, official creditors committees, lenders, asset purchasers, and other stakeholders in both in-court and out-of-court restructurings and litigation, with a focus on cross-border matters. Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, including chapter 11 proceedings, and must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction they are applying for. Responsibilities include presenting and arguing contested matters in court, engaging in client communications, drafting pleadings and reorganization plans, assisting in distressed asset transactions, managing liquidations, and participating in negotiations.
