CORPORATE SECURITIES ASSOCIATE (2353)
Description
Our client is seeking a Corporate Securities Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their Corporate, M&A, and Securities Practice Group. The role involves leading ’34 Act compliance and ’33 Act securities work, with significant experience in capital markets transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, debt, and other securities. The ideal candidate will also handle corporate governance matters, exchange listing requirements, Rule 144, Section 13 and Section 16 issues, and have familiarity with executive compensation. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players with outstanding professional and academic credentials, and must be admitted to practice law in the state where they will reside.
