Our client is seeking qualified candidates to join a dynamic and growing practice representing large- and mid-cap public companies nationwide. This role involves advising on SEC disclosure and compliance, corporate governance, corporate law, and ESG implementation and disclosure. Ideal candidates will have experience in securities filings, compliance, corporate governance, executive compensation, and ESG issues. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and research skills are required. Candidates from the class of 2016 – 2020 are preferred.
