Description
Our client, a leading technology and life sciences law firm with a dynamic corporate practice, is seeking mid-to-senior level corporate associates with at least three years of experience in sophisticated corporate law, focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation. This role is available in their Bay Area (Mountain View or San Francisco), Seattle, Santa Monica, New York, or Washington D.C. offices. Candidates must have experience or a strong interest in technology and/or life sciences companies, along with superior academic credentials and excellent communication skills. In-house candidates with prior law firm experience are welcome, and out-of-state candidates are encouraged to apply. While a CA bar is preferred, it is not required.
