Description
Our client, a reputable East Coast-based law firm with national and international reach, is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-5 years of demonstrated corporate and transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience, including due diligence, legal research, document drafting, and negotiation in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate finance, and corporate governance matters. Experience in the healthcare and life sciences industries is a plus. The role involves direct client interaction and managing substantial components of a broad range of corporate and transactional matters. The position offers a hybrid in-office/remote work schedule and an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Candidates must have excellent technical, professional, and client service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
