Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Associate to join their Finance & Banking Practice Group, specifically within the Corporate Trust Subgroup. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience, with a preference for those with a background in structured finance, particularly in representing trustees and/or collateral agents. This role involves representing trustees and/or collateral agents in structured finance transactions, providing legal advice and support on various structured finance matters, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, and collaborating with other attorneys and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
