Our client is seeking a junior Associate to join their expanding transactional practice within the Corporate Trust Subgroup. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, maturity, and effective communication skills, with a background in finance or accounting being a plus. Applicants should have one to two years of legal experience and be eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The role involves representing trustees and collateral agents in structured finance transactions, providing legal advice, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents, and working closely with other attorneys and staff.
