Our client is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their Emerging Growth/Venture Capital team in California. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a sophisticated corporate practice, focusing on venture capital, emerging company representation, and Mergers & Acquisitions. Experience with technology companies is highly desirable. Candidates must possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and be licensed to practice in California. The role requires excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex matters both orally and in writing.
