Description
Our client, a prominent labor and employment law firm, is seeking experienced employment attorneys to join their team as Counsel in a fully remote capacity. This role involves managing administrative charges, demand letters, and employment litigation for diverse clients, including those with Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI). Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in employment law, a strong background in working with administrative agencies, and handling civil litigation in federal and state courts. The position emphasizes high-quality legal work with a flexible billable hours target, allowing for a balanced work/life dynamic without the pressure of business development. Applicants must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, have active bar membership in good standing, and preferably have experience in a law firm setting and with EPLI matters.
