Our client, a global top 50 law firm, is seeking a Special Counsel to join their Finance team based in Dallas. The firm's Finance and Bankruptcy practice has been a cornerstone of their operations for over 90 years, and the successful candidate will be joining a team of attorneys specializing in all aspects of financial transactions. The role involves direct client contact, business development opportunities, training, and team management. The firm's clients include financial institutions, private debt funds, mezzanine funds, and private equity funds. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in representing lenders or private equity sponsors in private credit or bank lending transactions and executing finance transactions and credit agreements.
