Description
Our client is seeking associates with 3-5 years of experience in complex credit fund formation and insurance solutions for private fund sponsors. The successful candidate will be part of a market-leading team that assists global asset managers and sponsors in the structuring and formation of complex credit private funds and structured credit funds. The role also involves post-establishment compliance and distribution. The ideal candidate should have private fund formation experience, including drafting and negotiation fund documentation, experience with fund raises from launch to close, and an understanding of the Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws. Prior work with private credit or CLOs is a plus. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their private funds or CLO practice and learn new strategies and products.
