Our client is seeking associates with 4-6 years of experience in complex credit fund formation and insurance solutions for private fund sponsors. The team supports global asset managers and sponsors in structuring and forming complex credit private funds and structured credit funds, including rated note funds and captive CLO equity manager originator structures, along with post-establishment compliance and distribution. The role involves providing multi-dimensional advice, staying updated on regulatory developments, and engaging with industry trade groups. Ideal candidates will have experience in private fund formation, including drafting and negotiating fund documentation, managing fund raises from launch to close, and a solid understanding of the Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws.
