Our client is seeking associates with over 2 years of significant experience in securitization and structured finance, or those with transactional experience eager to transition into the Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO) sector, to join their dynamic Global Finance group. This leading structured credit practice is recognized for its excellence, serving a diverse international clientele, including top asset managers, equity investors, and prominent CLO underwriters from major investment and commercial banks. The practice is consistently ranked highly in industry publications such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities, and possess excellent academic credentials.
