Our client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of transactional experience to join their team, focusing on advising crypto and web3 companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in venture capital financings, crypto token rights or token warrants, digital asset issuances, and the creation of offshore structures related to these areas. A strong understanding of blockchain technology and markets is essential, and familiarity with securities law and regulatory issues surrounding crypto tokens is advantageous. The role involves working with technology and growth companies across various industries, including fintech, AI, digital media, and cleantech.
