Description
Our client is seeking a talented second to fourth-year associate to join their Copyright, Trademark, Internet, and Advertising practice group in New York. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience, including preparing discovery, drafting substantive motions and memoranda, working with experts, and attending court hearings and depositions. A strong interest in copyright, trademark, and advertising law is essential, along with outstanding research and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience with advocacy. Familiarity with copyright and trademark prosecution, counseling, and Internet-related IP issues is preferred. New York bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
