Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm with a global presence, is seeking a Cyber Class Action Litigation Attorney. This role, which can be fully remote, is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 7+ years of complex litigation experience in State and Federal Courts. Class Action litigation experience and a background in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy are a plus. The successful candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, experience managing large-scale E-Discovery, and knowledge of State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Responsibilities include assisting with the defense of privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions, incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, analysis of privacy laws, drafting legal notices of a data breach, responding to regulatory investigations, and drafting privacy and security policies.
