Description
Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm with over 1000 attorneys across the United States and London, is seeking a Cyber Class Action Litigation Attorney. This fully remote role is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 7+ years of complex litigation experience in State and Federal Courts. Class Action litigation experience, a background in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy, and experience managing large-scale E-Discovery are highly desirable. The successful candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, with experience in drafting briefs and dispositive motions. Responsibilities include assisting with the defense of privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions, incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, analysis of state, federal, and international privacy laws, and drafting legal notices of a data breach to individuals and regulators.
