Description
Our client, a leading full-service defense litigation law firm with over 1000 attorneys across the United States and London, is seeking a Cyber Class Action Litigation Attorney. This remote position is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with 7+ years of complex litigation experience in State and Federal Courts. Class Action litigation experience and a background in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy are a plus. The role requires excellent research and writing skills, experience managing large-scale E-Discovery, and knowledge of State and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Responsibilities include assisting with defense of privacy lawsuits and data breach class actions, incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, analysis of privacy laws, drafting legal notices of data breaches, responding to regulatory investigations, and drafting privacy and security policies.
