Description
Our client, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a midlevel associate with a focus on litigation and/or regulatory enforcement investigations involving privacy and data security matters. The successful candidate will join their Cyber/Data/Privacy (c/d/p) practice group, which is based in multiple locations across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia. Ideal applicants will have 4-6 years of experience focusing on regulatory investigations or litigation involving consumer protection issues, and/or be well-versed in defending data privacy and security class actions. Candidates should have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, the ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects, general tech fluency, and impeccable analytical and writing skills.
