Our client, a leading defense litigation law firm, is seeking an Attorney to join their expanding national Cyber Security & Data Privacy practice. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of legal experience and a demonstrated interest or coursework in data privacy and security. Knowledge of data breach and privacy laws (HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, CCPA, GDPR, etc.) is required, and an IT or technical background is a plus. The role involves incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, analysis of privacy laws, drafting legal notices of data breaches, responding to regulatory investigations, defending privacy lawsuits, and drafting privacy and security policies.
