Our client is seeking an Attorney to join their expanding national Cyber Security & Data Privacy practice, focusing on data breaches and incident response. This role is ideal for attorneys with over two years of experience and a keen interest in the intersection of law and technology. Candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school, be admitted to practice in Florida, and possess knowledge of data privacy laws such as HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, CCPA, and GDPR. An IT or technical background is advantageous. Responsibilities include incident response, legal analysis, drafting breach notices, responding to regulatory investigations, defending privacy lawsuits, and creating privacy policies. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
