Our client is seeking a tenured Counsel or Senior Associate to join their dynamic cyber, privacy, and data innovation team. The role involves handling sophisticated litigation, including class actions, across technology, finance, life sciences, and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of complex civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for those with cyber/data/privacy litigation expertise. Candidates should be passionate, self-motivated, and possess exceptional interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
