Our client is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join their Data, Privacy, and Cybersecurity Practice, advising innovative digital health companies on privacy and security matters. The role involves collaborating with attorneys to provide practical advice to health and life sciences companies on complex legal issues. Candidates should have significant experience with HIPAA and other privacy and security laws, with a preference for those who have worked with technology companies. Superior academic credentials, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in client success are highly valued. The position can be based in DC, Palo Alto, San Francisco, New York, or Seattle, with other locations considered. Opportunities to engage in non-health related privacy and cybersecurity work are also available.
