Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a junior associate to join their Privacy and Cybersecurity practice group. The ideal candidate will have one to two years of experience advising on privacy and cybersecurity issues, including risk advisory and compliance counseling, corporate and technology transactions, regulatory or governmental investigations, cyber incident response, and privacy litigation. Familiarity with privacy and security frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, or similar is a plus. Candidates should be licensed or have the ability to waive in the jurisdiction to which they are applying.
