DATA PRIVACY ASSOCIATE (1607)
Description
Our client is seeking a seasoned Data Privacy Associate to join their team in one of their offices located in Denver, Irvine, D.C., or New Jersey. The role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in both consumer and employee privacy. The successful candidate will be well-versed in managing data privacy compliance projects, drafting privacy policies and notices, advising on data protection agreements, data mapping, consumer consent workflows, and technical issues related to digital marketing. Additional expertise in data breach response, privacy litigation, and regulatory enforcement is advantageous. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) designation is preferred. The role demands excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
