Description
Our client, a leading global law firm with offices across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Data Privacy Counsel to join their Privacy Office within the Office of General Counsel. This role, based in Philadelphia with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule, involves reviewing global vendor contracts, performing due diligence, and conducting privacy impact assessments. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating third-party vendor agreements, improving privacy agreements and processes, advising internal teams, and collaborating with Information Security and Procurement Services. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of contract review and privacy advisory experience, a JD degree, and be a member in good standing of a U.S. state bar.
