Our client is seeking a mid-level Privacy + Cybersecurity associate (class of 2019-2021) with hands-on experience in developing practical solutions for companies under FTC jurisdiction and state privacy laws, focusing on sectors like ad tech, ed tech, fin tech, and emerging technologies such as IoT, blockchain, and biometrics. The ideal candidate should have expertise in drafting privacy, data handling, and cybersecurity policies, and conducting privacy due diligence in corporate transactions. Experience with cross-border data transactions is advantageous. The role requires a collaborative team player with excellent academic credentials, law firm experience, and strong communication skills.
