Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Privacy + Cybersecurity Associate (class of 2019-2021) with hands-on experience in developing practical solutions for companies under FTC jurisdiction and state privacy laws. The role focuses on sectors such as ad tech, ed tech, fin tech, and involves working with regulations like COPPA, CAN-SPAM, as well as emerging technologies including IoT, blockchain, and biometrics. The candidate should have expertise in drafting privacy, data handling, and cybersecurity policies, and conducting privacy due diligence for corporate transactions. Experience with cross-border data transactions is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with excellent academic credentials, law firm experience, and strong communication skills.
