Description
Our client is seeking a highly-qualified associate with approximately 5 years of experience to join its Health Law Team. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both lawyers and non-lawyers. Preferred candidates will have experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as meaningful experience in technology, data privacy, and security. This includes providing advice on state and federal privacy laws regulatory compliance, data protection, management and security, and incident response.
