Our client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Debt Finance associate with 3-7 years of experience to join their dynamic Debt Finance team. The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with regional and national clients as a key member of the team. Essential qualifications range from experience in representing lenders and borrowers in syndicated or bilateral credit facilities, familiarity with UCC Article 9, to expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating loan documents. An ideal candidate will bring a diverse scope of secured lending transactions experience across different industries and markets.
