Description
Our client, an internationally recognized firm, is seeking mid-level to senior associates with four to five and six to seven years of experience in their New York and Washington DC offices for secured lending matters. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities including domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring, and reorganizations, and general corporate finance matters. Ideal candidates should have prior experience as key members of deal teams, particularly in running signings and closings, drafting debt commitment papers and credit documentation. Exposure to direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, and/or private equity-related corporate finance transactions would be beneficial. This position requires in-person attendance and adherence to the firm’s employment policies. As part of this fast-growing and strategically important team, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to their special situations, restructuring, and private equity practices.
