Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is looking for associates with 3 to 5 years of experience in Debt Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders, knowledge of syndicated financing transactions, financing transactions for venture-backed companies, structured finance, acquisition financing transactions and/or convertible or high yield bond offerings. Familiarity with drafting documents for financial transactions, knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, and general corporate law are preferred. All candidates must have a JD or equivalent, high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and a high level of attention to detail.
