Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking associates with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Debt Finance practice. The ideal candidates would have experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders, a working knowledge of various financing transactions, including syndicated financing, venture-backed company financing, structured finance, acquisition financing, and convertible or high yield bond offerings. Familiarity with drafting documents related to financial transactions and knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law is preferred. All applicants must possess a JD or equivalent, demonstrate high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, and exhibit the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
