Description
Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking associates with 3 to 5 years of finance experience for their Debt Finance practice. Ideal candidates will have experience in secured transactions representing borrowers and/or lenders, a working knowledge of various financing transactions, experience in closing transactions, and familiarity with drafting documents related to financial transactions. Knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are also desirable. All candidates must have a JD or equivalent, high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, and a high level of attention to detail.
