Description
Our client, a renowned law firm, is seeking associates with 3 to 5 years of finance experience, specifically in the Debt Finance practice. The ideal candidates will have experience in secured transactions, syndicated financing transactions, venture-backed company financing, structured finance, and acquisition financing transactions. Familiarity with drafting documents related to financial transactions and knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law are preferred. All candidates must possess a JD or equivalent, demonstrate high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, have the ability to multitask, and possess a high level of attention to detail.
