Our client, a prestigious global law firm with a presence in over 40 locations worldwide, is seeking mid-level associates to join their Americas Banking practice. This firm is renowned for its high-quality full-service practice and its ability to handle complex cross-border work. The ideal candidate should have substantive experience managing and negotiating debt finance transactions, strong academic credentials, and a genuine interest in domestic and cross-border financing transactions. The role requires an ambitious and passionate individual, ready for the challenges of working in a global law firm, service-minded with strong interpersonal skills, and able to work in a team environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with all the finance partners and with teams based in other offices, gaining diverse experience in multi-jurisdictional transactions.
