DEBT FINANCE ASSOCIATE (1669)

Our client is seeking mid-level to senior associates (2014-2017) to join their fast-growing and internationally recognized Debt Finance Practice. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth of private credit, acquisition financing, special situations, restructuring, and private equity practices. The work is sophisticated and dynamic, with ample mentorship and training provided. The Debt Finance Practice advises leading private credit, private equity, and other investment funds, as well as public and private companies and financial institutions, on accessing and deploying capital and restructuring debt across various industries and asset classes. The team is involved in precedent-setting financings across the full spectrum of capital structures and transactions in the debt finance market, representing both debtors and creditors in restructuring matters. They work with credit investors on innovative credit investments, direct lending to private equity sponsors, structuring financing for stressed and distressed companies, and funding growth capital transactions for emerging technology companies. Additionally, they collaborate with leading private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on large-cap and middle-market debt finance matters, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and other leveraged financings.
