DEBT FINANCE ASSOCIATE (2086)
Description
Our client is seeking a mid-level Debt Finance associate with 3-7 years of experience to join its national Debt Finance team within the Business Group. The ideal candidate will have experience representing lenders and borrowers in syndicated or bilateral credit facilities, secured term loans, and cash flow and asset-based revolving credit facilities. Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various loan documents, including credit agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements, is essential. Familiarity with UCC Article 9 and relevant elements of UCC Article 8, as well as experience with third-party deliverables, is required. Admission to practice law in the state of residence is mandatory. The candidate should have a varied scope of experience in secured lending transactions, primarily in the middle market, with some exposure to venture stage debt financing, large investment grade financings, cross-border work, project finance, restructuring, and workouts.
