Description
Our client is seeking Associates to join their market-leading Debt Finance Practice Group in Chicago. The ideal candidate should have 2 – 6 years of experience in structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders. This includes senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions, acquisition financings, loan workouts and restructurings, and debtor-in-possession financings. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, are preferred.
