Description
Our client is seeking attorneys with exceptional credentials to join their Debt Finance group in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions, as well as acquisition financings, loan workouts, and restructurings. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, are preferred. The practice primarily represents private equity funds, restructuring financing, and other corporate borrowers.
