Description
Our client is seeking attorneys with exceptional credentials to join their Debt Finance group in Austin. The ideal candidate will possess 3-6 years of experience in structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior secured, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions, as well as acquisition financings and loan workouts and restructurings. Preference will be given to candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. The practice primarily represents private equity funds, restructuring financing, and other corporate borrowers.
