Description
Our client is seeking a 2nd-5th Year Associate for their Corporate Department in the Chicago office, with a focus on debt financing. The ideal candidate will have experience representing private equity sponsors and borrower-side finance. Strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience are essential, and admission to the Illinois Bar is preferred. Candidates have the flexibility to work from any of the client's U.S. offices.
