Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking mid-level associates to join their Americas Banking practice. The ideal candidates will have substantial experience in managing and negotiating debt finance transactions, with a strong academic background and a keen interest in both domestic and cross-border financing. Experience on the borrower side and/or in fund finance is advantageous. The role requires ambitious, service-oriented individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who thrive in a team environment and are ready to tackle the challenges of a global legal practice.
