DEBT FINANCE ATTORNEY (3008)
Description
Our client is seeking a qualified attorney to join their Debt Finance practice. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience representing private equity sponsors in financing transactions, with a strong understanding of syndicated and acquisition financing transactions. Experience in closing transactions and drafting related documents is essential. Familiarity with Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law is preferred. Candidates must hold a JD or equivalent from a nationally recognized law school, demonstrate high academic achievement, and possess the ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
