Our client, a prestigious global law firm, is seeking a Debt Finance Resource Attorney to enhance the efficiency and knowledge of their practice groups. This role involves managing a transaction database by inputting deal terms from signed agreements, coordinating with the knowledge management team, and tracking credit facility terms for recurring clients. Additionally, the position requires drafting and managing form and precedent documents, as well as curating and organizing client forms and know-how. The attorney will also monitor legal and market developments in the Debt Finance sector, preparing summaries and alerts to keep the team informed. This non-billable role is crucial for supporting practicing attorneys by providing them with the resources needed to remain at the forefront of legal and business developments.
